The First day.
Abby and one of our 2nd year YCL's, Anna.
The first night none of us (as in the girls in my tent) could fall asleep (which was very unfortunate). We ended up going to bed at 2:00, which I really don't suggest.
YCL's singing.
Me in my duck hat. This year the theme of Girls Camp was Dr. Seuss, and the book that my ward chose was "I Wish I Had Duck Feet".
2nd year colors (orange). For one day, the YCL's had to dress in the color of their year.
This year, we had 2 classes on the second and third day. I unfortunately didn't get pictures of the screen printing class (which Shana taught), but it was really fun! I also didn't get a picture of the fitness class because I didn't have my camera with me. But, I got pictures of the Hair Styling and Archery classes I took.

On our way to Archery.
Anna was in Archery and Hair Styling class with me.
Unfortunately, this isn't a very good picture of me with the bow.
Waiting for the bows to be free so we could shoot again.
Massage line.
Shana's crazy hairdo!
The end result (sorry, not a very good pic)!
The two Flags VF2 made.
Bishops Night!
YCL's singing.
The end result of all Shana's hard work!
On the last day, the leaders set up the CIRCUS McGURCUS, which was really fun! There was a photo booth (faceboothphilly) provided by Mimi, and a popcorn stand, and a snow cone stand, and a dunk tank, and lots of different games. It was a lot of fun!
I don't know what this is called, but it was really fun. You try to get as far as possible while a rope is pulling you back, and whoever gets the farthest within a minute wins.
The Dunk Tank!
There was a clown there that was really good at face painting!
Abby's was probably the coolest one you could get.
Me and Abby.
Last minute pictures.
Some of the girls in VF2.
The path (shortcut) up to Sunset, the VF2 and Philly 1st campsite.
My campsite.
Unloading the cabin/tent.
Abby packing the car.
The empty tent... sniff*
Ducks we got at camp on the last day.
A necklace I made at camp.
Altogether, camp was a very fun experience! I loved spending time with the young women in the stake, and getting to know them better.
