Breaking Dawn

On August 2 Stephanie Meyer's last instalment in her Twilight saga was released to the public. This last book, called Breaking Dawn, created no small stir across the nation. Utah in particular was extremely enthusiastic about the new book. Edward lovers Lizzie and Missy were both excited and even Jeremiah (don't deny it!) looked forward to the novels coming. Lizzie decided it would be a lot of fun to go to the midnight party and partake of the Utah party life. On Friday morning, Jeremiah and Lizzie waited in line at Borders for an hour just to get the wrist bands that would allow them to get in line to buy the book that night. It was slightly ridiculous how the line of people waiting wrapped around the building and that the people in the front of the line had been camping out there overnight.

Missy and Miah had to work so Lizzie went to the midnight festivities with Alyssa, Leah, and Nathaniel Gates. Thankfully we were only 224 and 225 in line and not 2,000. It was a thrilling evening and everybody had a lot of fun. After getting home at 1 a.m. Lizzie read for a couple of hours, staying awake until the breaking of dawn.
