Gettysburg

The Family took a trip up to Gettysburg.  This is us at the Gettysburg Cemetery.

 Mommerkins and Dadderkins.
The Gettysburg Cemetery again.
All of us never realized how much fun climbing could be.
This is on Little Round Top.

All of us on top of, and then next to the Pennsylvania Memorial.

 This was on Devil's Den.

The scenery was so beautiful!
Mom at the bottom.
She wasn't willing to come to the top for some reason...
After Little Round Top and Devil's Den we went into
the town and explored.
We also went on a ghost tour and were told some
pretty spooky stories about Gettysburg.
George Bush Sr.
Finally, we closed the trip with a visit to a wax museum of
all of the presidents.

The Beach!

The family headed out towards Stone Harbor for a fun day at the beach.
Even mom came, along with a church friend and Erin + the kids.
 Chillin' on the beach.
The day was 80 degrees, and the water was cold.
It was heavenly.
 Burning up and eating food.
 Beautiful Lizzy suntanning.
Baby Smelliot being too cute.

Youth Temple Trip

The day after Christmas, the youth in our ward went on a temple trip. It was great!  We first went to the Mall in D.C. and different groups went to different museums.  After that we went to a church near the temple and ate lunch/dinner, and then we went to the temple.

Before we headed off to the different museums.
 Looking at the lights
And speaking of temples, the Philadelphia temple has progressed greatly. :)

The Missionary in Mongolia

These pictures were sent to us by a Missionary Couple in Mongolia.

Abe and his Companion about to leave (Abe said it was negative 15 degrees at the time).
 One more picture...
Abe at his district taco dinner.
"I know I'm handsome, but can this be the last picture?"

We love and miss Abe and Lizzy!  They are doing the Lord's work, and that's the greatest service they can give him.  Abe wishes you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Burn

If it looks like it hurt, it did.  I was ironing something for church, and I ended up ironing my finger too.  It's already looking better, though.  It was a lot shinier earlier in the day, and I think I'm going to get a blister.

CPFA Concert

This year CPFA had a combined Vocal and Instrumental concert.  We all sang the" Hallelujah Chorus" as the ending song, and it went really well.  Sorry, I didn't get anymore pictures.
